Export data records as a group or by individual participant

Exporting Fundraising Data

For exporting fundraising reports and individual participant records to go your fundraiser and click on the Order tab and then export

There are 6 export options.

  1. Export by Orders
  2. Export Entire Fundraiser
  3. Export by Product
  4. Export by Participants
  5. Export Participants CSV
  6. Export Products CSV

The most common option will be to export the “Entire Fundraiser”. This is pdf overview. The other is the “Participant CSV” export. This shows you the individual sales and profits of anyone who tracked on order.
